In Case You’ve Been Living Under A Rock The Past 24 Hours, Christian Bale Visits Aurora, Colorado Shooting Victims in Hospital

“Words cannot express the horror that I feel. I cannot begin to truly understand the pain and grief of the victims and their loved ones, but my heart goes out to them.” - Christian Bale 

An amazing act of thoughtfulness and compassion from the star of the Dark Knight Rises.  I’m happy that Bale went and brought some light to the victims.  I’m also happy that he went dressed as Christian Bale and not in FULL BATMAN like some were campaigning on social media sites.  I can’t think of anything more wildly inappropriate. 

 

Note: Ron Pearlman did just that dressed as Hellboy, but it was for a six-year-old boy with leukemia and through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
